Where can I find replacement watch straps?

Replacement watch straps for your Timex watch are available at Timex.com on the Straps page. If you are having difficulty finding your strap, you can also order one by calling our Customer Service Department at csd@timex.com. Orders must be placed using a credit card or debit card. Your strap will typically arrive within 10 working days from the date of your order.

Can I return my customised watch?

MYTIMEX are eligible for refund and exchange. Engraved items, however, are made specifically for individuals and are considered final sale, and are not eligible for refunds or exchange. My watch is sentimental. Should I send it for repair?

Never send sentimental or engraved items for repair as your watch could be replaced and the original may not be returned to you.

Can you explain your repair or replace policy for warranty service?

Timex.co.uk / Timex.eu / Timex.pl offer their customers a 2-year warranty. As stated in the limited warranty, Timex may repair your watch by installing new or reconditioned and inspected components or replace your watch with an identical or similar model.

Can you tell me what it will cost to repair my watch that is no longer under warranty?

Repair charges vary depending upon the style, age, and condition of the watch.

My watch needs repair. Should I remove the strap before sending?

Your watch may be replaced with a similar model. If you have customised the strap or affixed a different type of strap, you may want to remove it before sending.

How long does it normally take to get my watch back?

Approximately 2-4 weeks.
