Repair charges vary depending upon the style, age, and condition of the watch. Any charges will be estimated and sent by e-mail or post before work is carried out.
In most cases, problems with your watch in the first year will be covered by the terms of Timex's limited warranty. You will not have to pay for repairs to your watch that is covered by the warranty. There is, however, a £3.50 charge to cover postage and handling as specified in the warranty required (UK customers only)
Your watch may be replaced with a similar model. If you have customized the strap or affixed a different type of strap, you may want to remove it before sending.
Never send sentimental or engraved items for repair as your watch could be replaced and the original may not be returned to you.
Straps can be ordered through ourselves U.K only (U.S.A contact email@example.com) . If watch is a digital we would require the 3 numbers off the back of the watch to identify model of watch.

As stated in the limited warranty, Timex may repair your watch or replace your watch with an identical or similar model. Your watch should be sent to us at our full postal address with a covering letter, including your full name and address,phone number and e-mail if available. Also include nature of the fault.
